Two have sent signed waivers, one has an expired certificate of insurance, one has not answered, one sent a waiver for the wrong month, and one did no work this month. Run it to see the tracker, the exceptions list, the email each missing sub gets with its upload link, and the packet for the draw. No sign-up, and nothing is emailed to anyone.
