POD Back is operated by PhoneScreen AI LLC. We collect the details you give us (name, work email, company) and basic usage data to run the product, bill you through Stripe, and answer support requests.

We do not sell personal data. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Support conversations may be answered with the help of an AI assistant; a person reviews anything it cannot resolve.

To see, correct or delete your data, or to stop all email from us, write to pod-back@coinudge.com.

Freight documents

POD Back stores the rate confirmations and proofs of delivery that brokers and their carriers upload, in encrypted storage, to check them and hand them to the broker's billing team. Files are deleted 13 months after the load's delivery date (long enough for claims and audits), or as soon as the broker deletes the load. A carrier's upload link only accepts files; it never shows files already sent.
