Gauge Recall is operated by PhoneScreen AI LLC. We collect the details you give us (name, work email, shop name) and basic usage data to run the product, bill you through Stripe, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

What Gauge Recall keeps for your shop: your gauge list, the names and email addresses of gauge owners and calibration labs you add, calibration records, out-of-tolerance review notes, and the certificate files you upload. Data is stored with Cloudflare (D1 and R2), in the United States by default.

Certificates are read by AI. Each uploaded certificate is read by a Workers AI model run by Cloudflare to pull out the gauge ID, serial, dates and results. Nothing is filed until a person at your shop confirms it.

Who we email for you: your quality manager address, the gauge owners you add (their own gauges only), and, only if you turn it on, your labs about late certificates. Every email can be unsubscribed from.

How long we keep it: calibration records and certificate files are kept while your subscription is active, because audits look back years, and for at least 90 days after it ends, so a shop that comes back finds its history. To have them deleted after you cancel, write to us at the address below and we delete them. Before you cancel, you can export your gauges and calibration history as CSV from the gauge list, and print each gauge's history.

Support conversations may be answered with the help of an AI assistant; a person reviews anything it cannot resolve. To see, correct or delete your data, or to stop all email from us, write to gauge-recall@coinudge.com.
