Supplier Nudge is operated by PhoneScreen AI LLC. It keeps what a plant gives it to run the service: the account email, the plant name, its suppliers' names, materials and contact emails, the documents suppliers and the plant upload, the dates read from them, and a log of every email sent. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Documents are read by an AI model (Cloudflare Workers AI) to find their dates. The model is used only for that; nothing is sold or shared, and it never judges a supplier. Supplier contacts get only the emails the plant's account sends: requests, renewal reminders and "please send another copy" notes, each with an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep things

• Documents in force are kept while the plant's subscription runs.
• Superseded copies and turned-down uploads are kept 3 years from when they were replaced or turned down (the audit lookback), then deleted.
• When a plant deletes a supplier, that supplier's documents and history are deleted at once.
• Everything an account holds is deleted 30 days after its subscription ends.
