For each public job, type or import the classifications and rates from the wage determination in your contract, and the subs on it. After each payroll week ends, every sub is asked for that week's certified payroll, and every report that comes in is read, checked against your table and waiting for your approval.
A weekly request to every sub on every job, with a no-login upload link
Each sub-project has its own link that shows only its open weeks. The sub uploads the WH-347 or the state's form, or says no work was performed that week. Requests go from 8:00 on weekdays on your clock, signed with your company's name, replies to your compliance inbox.Reminders 2, 4 and 6 days later, then it stops and lists the sub for you to call
Stalled weeks are shown in red on your dashboard and listed in your Monday digest. A week with no report 14 days after it ended is marked past due.Reads PDF, Excel and CSV payrolls; you approve each one before it counts
Text PDFs are read for you; Excel and CSV exports are read from their columns, which you confirm once per sub. A scan goes to manual entry beside the file. Only the last four digits of a social security number are kept.Flags unlisted classifications, rates under base or base plus fringe, missing overtime, and an unsigned Statement of Compliance
Every check is against the wage table you type or import for the project, using the rate in effect on the week ending. Apprentice lines and fringe plan payments are listed for you to review, not judged. One email to the sub naming each worker line to fix, and a ZIP of reports, exceptions and a summary for the draw
The draw view shows each sub as ready, ready with notes, or not ready. The package holds every approved report in week order by sub, a CSV of the exceptions with their status, and a summary PDF.The sub opens its own page, which lists only its open weeks on your job. It uploads the report. You see the file beside what was read, approve it, and get each exception by worker, with one click to send the sub the corrections.

No. You type or import the classifications, base rates and fringe rates for each project, and every check compares the sub's report to that table. If the table is wrong the check is wrong, so enter it from the determination in your contract.
Each week the sub gets an email naming your company and the week ending, with a link that needs no login. They upload a PDF, Excel or CSV file up to 4 MB, or say no work was performed. You can also upload a report a sub already emailed you.
For each worker line: the classification is on your table, the rate is at least the base rate (or base plus fringe, unless you mark fringes paid to plans), hours over 40 show overtime hours at 1.5 times the base rate, and gross pay matches rate times hours. It also checks that the Statement of Compliance is filled in and you have ticked it signed, and that payroll numbers do not repeat or skip.
It does not choose the right classification, look at hours on other projects, apply state daily overtime or apprentice ratio rules, or verify payments to fringe plans. It does not say a report is compliant or will be accepted by an agency.
A scanned PDF has no text to read, so you type the worker rows beside the file. Text PDFs, Excel and CSV are read automatically, and you approve each report before it counts.
It reminds them 2, 4 and 6 days after the first request, then stops and lists the week as stalled in your Monday digest so you know whom to call.
Up to 5 projects and 40 subs across them for $99 a month. Reports are kept until three years after you mark a project complete. Only the last four digits of social security numbers are stored in the extracted rows; the original file is kept as uploaded. If you cancel, everything is kept 30 days and then deleted, so download each project's draw package first.
