Report Back is operated by PhoneScreen AI LLC. We collect the details you give us (name, work email, company) and basic usage data to run the product, bill you through Stripe, and answer support requests.

We do not sell personal data. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Support conversations may be answered with the help of an AI assistant; a person reviews anything it cannot resolve.

To see, correct or delete your data, or to stop all email from us, write to report-back@coinudge.com.

Grant reports

Report Back stores the reports grantees and funders upload, in encrypted storage, to check them against the funder's requirements and keep them for the funder. Files are deleted 3 years after the grant's last report is accepted (funders keep grant files for audits), 90 days after the foundation's subscription ends, or as soon as the funder deletes the grant. Text read from a file for the completeness check is kept only as long as the file. A grantee's link only accepts files; it never shows files already sent. Report Back does not move money, give compliance or tax advice, or share reports with anyone but the funder that asked for them.
