Minutes Draft

Board meeting minutes example: see one made from a recording

The sample is a short, fictional Maple Township Board meeting, with its speaker turns and timed words fixed in the exact form the model returns for a real recording. Instead of filling in a template, get the draft in the usual format (call to order, members present and absent, each motion with its mover, seconder and vote, adjournment) as a Word file you can edit. It runs through the same steps as yours would: naming the voices, finding the motions, seconds and votes, and printing the draft. No account, no card and no upload.

Pick a style and run it

What the sample shows

  • Eight voices: the board, its deputy clerk and a resident at public comment, named from the roster
  • Five motions: two voice votes, a roll call, a motion no one seconded, and one where two members seconded at once, marked to check
  • The draft as a Word file and a PDF, each marked SAMPLE

A real meeting starts from your own recording: an audio file up to 30 MB, or up to four parts of a longer meeting.
