For IT, telecom and operations managers at multi-site companies

Stop paying for circuits and lines you already disconnected

Upload your carrier invoices each month. Carrier Bill Check reads every line, checks it against your disconnect list and last month's bill, and hands you a list of lines to dispute.

From a stack of carrier bills to the lines to dispute

Once a month: drop in each carrier's invoice, check the lines read beside the file, approve. Your disconnect list is the record it checks against; last month's approved bill is what it compares rates with.

Flags recurring charges still billing after the disconnect date on your list

Each line's service ID (circuit, phone number or line) against the services you cancelled. A period that starts before the date is listed as "check proration", with the days after it.

Flags lines whose rate changed since last month, with the old rate, the new rate and the yearly difference

Only rises past both of your thresholds: to start, more than 10% and more than $5 on the month's charge. A change you accept is dismissed and not flagged again at that rate.

Flags duplicate lines and one-time charges that repeat, on each carrier's invoices

The same service, description, period and amount twice, on one invoice or on two of that carrier's for the month; and an install or reconnect fee billed again the next month.

Reads PDF, Excel and CSV invoices; you review the lines, then export the dispute list as CSV and a note per carrier

Text PDFs are read for you, each line checked against the file's own text. Spreadsheets are read by columns you confirm once per carrier.

Five checks on every line, by fixed rules

The reading model only turns pages into lines; what counts as a charge to dispute is decided in code, the same way every month. Nothing is checked until you approve the invoice's lines.

Billed after disconnectA recurring charge for a service on your list, for days after it ended.
Rate changedThe same line last month at a lower charge.
DuplicateThe same line billed twice.
One-time charge repeatedAn install or reconnect fee billed again.
New recurring lineA service not on last month's bill: confirm you ordered it.

A note per carrier, ready to send

The open findings for each carrier account as plain text: account, invoice, service ID, line, amount and reason. Paste it into the carrier's dispute form or email, then mark the findings disputed, and credited when the credit shows up. Carrier Bill Check never contacts a carrier.

One price, every carrier invoice

Lightweight telecom expense management platforms run $500 to $2,000 a month, and checking bills by hand takes an IT manager 4-6 hours a month that rarely happen. This is the line-by-line check alone, by card, month to month, with no sales call.

  • Any carrier: upload the PDF or the portal's Excel or CSV export
  • No carrier portal login is ever asked for, and no carrier is contacted
  • Invoice files and lines kept 13 months; cancel any time and your data is kept 30 days

Questions IT managers ask

Which carriers does it work with?

Any carrier. You upload the invoice as a text PDF, Excel or CSV, and each line needs a service ID (circuit, phone number or line), a description and an amount. You confirm the columns once per carrier and it remembers them. There is no connection to a carrier portal.

How does it know what I disconnected?

You give it a list: service ID and disconnect date, as a CSV, Excel file or typed in. It only knows what is on that list. Without it, it still checks rate changes and duplicates.

Does it check my bill against my contract?

No. It compares each line to last month's bill, so it shows what changed, not whether the new rate breaks your contract. The first month for a carrier has no earlier bill to compare with, so only disconnect and duplicate checks run.

Does it dispute charges with the carrier for me?

No. It never contacts a carrier. You get a CSV of open findings and a plain-text note per carrier to send through your carrier's dispute channel, and you mark each finding disputed, credited or dismissed.

What about scanned invoices?

A scanned PDF has no text to read, so you type its lines beside the preview. Text PDFs, Excel and CSV invoices are read automatically, and you review the lines before they are checked.

Can I try it first?

Yes. The sample page runs the real checks on a sample pair of invoices, and you can upload one invoice as CSV or Excel to see its lines and any duplicates. Nothing is stored and no email is asked for.

What does $249 a month cover?

Up to 10 carrier accounts and 3,000 invoice lines a month. Invoice files and lines are kept for 13 months, and bank and remittance details are stripped from the text it extracts.
