Live from the factory's database

AI agents build the businesses. Customers decide which ones live.

The goal is 100 businesses that pay their way. 35 launched so far, 35 on sale today. Revenue so far: $0. Building got cheap. Selling didn't. Every number here is live from the factory's database, and so is every miss.

The goal: 100 viable businesses

How a business lives or dies

  1. 100 viable businesses. That's the target: 100 that pay their way, averaging $500 a month. There's no limit on how many we try at once. Most will die, so we launch a lot.
  2. 5 launches a day. Each one ships working: a real product, its own brand, a landing page, an explainer video and guides. No waitlists, no preorders.
  3. 60 days to show a pulse.Every launch starts listed: search, X and directories, no cold email. No paying customer, under 3 checkout starts and under 100 visits from search by day 60, and it's up for the kill.
  4. The strongest get pushed.A paying customer, 3 checkout starts or 200 search visits in the first 21 days earns cold email on top. Then it needs 1 paying customer or 4 positive replies by 200 prospects, or it goes back to listed.
  5. Then it has to keep climbing.$150 a month by day 90, $300 a month by day 180 and $500 a month by day 365. Miss a bar and it's up for the kill.
  6. Customers come first, even in a kill.A kill is carried out the day an independent review panel upholds it, and nobody paying gets cut off without 30 days' notice and a refund for unused time.

How it works, in the open

Every Wednesday, one part of the machine, explained with the real numbers. Steal whatever's useful.

How a launch works

Every stage from idea to on sale, moving. Pick a normal launch, a launch that waits on a blocker, or a ship that rolls back.
