Upload the remittance and your open-invoice export. Remit Match reads every line, matches it to an invoice, and flags short pays, overpays, duplicates and lines it can't find. You review, then download a CSV.

Export open invoices from your ERP once a day or once a week. Then upload remittances as they come in: each one is read, checked by you, and matched line by line.
Reads text PDF, Excel and CSV remittances, whatever layout the customer uses
A PDF is read for you, and a line is marked for checking when its invoice number or amount is not in the file's text. A spreadsheet is read by its columns, chosen once per payer. A scan goes to typing its lines beside it.Matches each line to your open-invoice CSV by invoice number, then PO number
"INV-000123", "Inv #123" and "123" are one invoice. A line with no invoice number matches on its PO, or on the amount when only one of that customer's open invoices has it.Flags short pays, overpays, duplicates and unmatched lines, with the amount off
A duplicate is an invoice paid twice in one remittance, or already paid in full by one you approved that your latest open-invoice export does not show yet. Every flag stays on the exceptions list until you resolve it with a note.Review each line before anything is exported, then download the matches as a CSV
Payer, customer, invoice, paid, open, difference, flag and your note, to key or import into your ERP. Bank and routing numbers are dropped from what is read.| Invoice | PO | Deduct | Paid |

A remittance's lines are matched by fixed rules, never by the AI model, and nothing is matched or exported until you approve it. The lines must add up to the printed total, or the remittance says a line is missing.
Time how long your team spends keying remittances in a normal week, and set that against one monthly price. Most cash application suites are sold through a sales call at enterprise prices. This is a card, a month at a time.
Up to 300 remittances a day against up to 20,000 open invoices, the exceptions list, CSV export and a weekday summary email.

Any system that exports open invoices to CSV or Excel. You map the columns once and it remembers them. There is no connection to your ERP, and it does not post cash for you; you import or key the exported CSV.
Yes. Run the sample remittance, or upload one remittance spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) and your open-invoice export on the free run with only your email address, and see every match and flag. PDF remittances are read in the app.
A scanned PDF has no text to read, so it goes to manual entry: you type its lines beside the preview. Text PDFs, Excel and CSV are read automatically.
Matching is done by fixed rules, not by the AI model, and you review and approve every remittance's lines before they are matched or exported.
Files and extracted lines are kept for 13 months, then deleted. Bank and routing details are stripped from extracted text and lines; the original file is kept as uploaded.
