For CPA firms that audit nonprofits, HOAs and private companies
Upload the PBC list you already use in Excel. Each client contact gets one link with only their items and reminders until each one arrives, and you see what is still outstanding.
Upload the .xlsx or .csv. PBC Nudge finds the header row, maps item, owner, due date and format from your column names, and remembers your choices for the next engagement.
The controller sees the controller's items. They upload files against each one, or mark it not applicable with a note.
At 9:00 your time, listing only what that contact still owes. After six reminders the contact is flagged as stalled, so you know who to call.
Download status gives you your own columns back with status, received date, client notes, file names and days late added.
An email from your firm's name, with one link. The page lists their items by section with due dates. Each upload shows as received; earlier files are never shown or downloadable from the link.
If an item asked for Excel and a PDF arrives, it goes to your review list with that reason, and the client is not chased for it again.
PBC Nudge has no SOC 2 report. Here is exactly what it does instead, and the security page has the detail.
Up to 50 open engagements at once, any number of client contacts, and up to three partners on the Monday summary. Pay by card; no call needed.
Cancel any time.
No. Each client contact gets one link listing only the items assigned to them. They upload the file, or mark an item not applicable with a note.
Files are encrypted at rest and never attached to emails. A client's link accepts uploads but never shows earlier files, every download is logged, and files are deleted 30 days after you close the engagement. Files are not used to train AI.
Not for participant-level 401(k) or census data. A spreadsheet that looks like it holds Social Security numbers, or one PBC Nudge cannot read to check, is held back and you are told. Use it for nonprofit, HOA and private-company audits and reviews.
